We sincerely apologize that we've been so delayed in turning on our kiosks in the Chicagoland Jewel grocery stores. We are working hard with Jewel to get everything up and running as quickly as possible, but we've just received news that it won't be until Tuesday, June 5th at the earliest.
We understand any frustration customers may have in waiting to use Alula, and we are just as disappointed as you are that we're not able to open Alula for business yet.
