To our customer who have been using Alula since we began less than a year ago: Our new minimum value for gift cards is $20. 

Why you ask? There is limited demand for gift cards that have less than $20 of value. 
However, most retailers will give you the remaining balance in cash if it's below $5-$10, so we suggest you visit their store and see if they can help you!

Hey Everyone! Notice anything different? We've given ourselves a new makeover! Whoo hoo!! How do you like our new look? 

Soon, all of our kiosks will look just like this! Keep an eye out for your nearest location's makeover!

We had to remove Abercrombie & Fitch, JC Peney, Morton's, and Uno Chicago Pizza. They should be back in Alula shortly, but we're not sure when. We rely on the retailer's systems to validate their gift cards, so if they're having issues, then we have issues. It's a bummer, we know.

We will hopefully have these 4 retailers back up soon. 
A good habit is to always check our website and the current list (Gift Cards We Accept) before you make the trip in. We wouldn't want to disappoint you after you spent your hard earned gas money driving to the kiosk!

A few of our customers have had issues exchanging their Lettuce Entertain You gift cards. Unfortunately, the restaurant group's gift card balance check only works for newer gift cards. As a result, we're unable to validate these older gift cards at our kiosk.
