Alula:Visions is a division that will continue the philosophy of creating, developing and releasing projects from talented musicians in a superior package as its parent label, Alula; however, the focus will be in the ever-popular New Age & Eclectic Acoustic genre.  The label has released titles by Scott Cossu, Mythos, Norland Wind, Jeff Gibbs, and Magical Strings to name a few.  Also released is a yoga instructional disc by the world renowned White Lotus Foundation "Yoga Anywhere."

Mythos:  The music of this Canadian duo has a distinct, mysterious sound, the core of which is a virtusosic entwining of piano and guitar, played by producers Bob D'Eith and Paul Schmidt respectively. Support is provided by a combination of synthesizers and session musicians. Mythos' earlier releases were released through Higher Octave/Virgin Records, these releases have been universally praised by music fans and reviewers.

Musician, composer and recording artist Scott Cossu is hard to categorize. His background in jazz and rhythm and blues, combined with his years of classical training and his study of ethnic music from Sudan, Thailand, China, Rumania and Ecuador result in a unique music that has been performed in concerts worldwide and recorded since 1981. "Tides Between Us" is Scott's 12th release and his third on Alula Visions.  His previously released titles were available worldwide on the legendary Windham Hill Records (Sony/BMG).

The magic of the Celtic harp is central to the sound of Norland Wind. The landscape and music of Donegal, the Celtic northwest of Ireland, provides the inspiration for many compositions of the trio featuring harpist Thomas Loefke. Haunting harp instrumentals written by Loefke or by Clannad lead guitarist Ian Melrose alternate with Gaelic and Anglo-Irish songs mostly composed by singer/guitarist Kerstin Blodig. Thomas's lyrical harp, the clarity of Kerstin's expressive voice, Ian's sensitive guitar work, along with vocal harmony and compact arrangements, blend to create a uniquely evocative and emotionally powerful sound: Celtic acoustic music which successfully merges the traditional and the modern.
