Gather up your gift cards and bring them to the Alula kiosk. Here's what will happen...
1. What's your gift card balance?
You tell us which retailer your gift card is from and then swipe or scan your gift card at the kiosk.
Then we'll go look up the balance for you. 2. Accept the offer
We make you a cash offer, and if you like it, you accept it.
(Note: The example here is just that.. an example. Actual cash offers vary by which retailer gift card you're trading in) 3. Tell us about yourself
You'll need to provide a little information about yourself. This is to protect against fraud.
We'll ask you to swipe your driver's license and/or credit card. We also ask for phone number and email, but this is all part of our fraud protection. Your personal information is important to us! We will treat your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 4. Exchange the voucher for cash!
Once you insert your gift card(s) into the kiosk, we print a voucher that you exchange for cash right there in the grocery store.
